My name is Jessica P., and recently I applied for assistance from your company with consolidating my student loans. Last week, I had an unpleasant discovery when I was informed by my company that I may not qualify for the PSLF, which I had been planning for financially.
That was when I spoke with Jason Blinkey. He was very kind and extremely helpful. He went through everything with me step-by-step, explained the program I would be enrolled in in great detail and reassured me that my enrollment in the program, even if PSLF was not in effect, would not change my monthly payment amount. Furthermore, he provided me information on how a change in household size and/or income would also effect my monthly payments, which was an additional reassurance that this program would benefit me and work with my current situation.
I just wanted to let you know how appreciative I am of Mr. Jason Blinkey for assisting me that day. He is a very thorough Case Manager who was able to address my concerns, answer all my questions and was patient with me despite my impatience and emotional reaction to this news. He was understanding of my plight and engaged my lengthy conversation until I felt comfortable enough to proceed with the process again. If it had not been for my conversation with him, I would have fought to retract my business with your company. He is an excellent case manager.
I have thanked [him] numerous times for assisting me and I look forward to speaking with him again regarding my case. Again, I wanted to make sure you knew how appreciative and happy I am for him assisting me with this process. I also want you to know that I will certainly refer others to this outstanding service if they would benefit from the service.
